bound by the following Terms of Use without limitation or qualification; therefore, please review this Policy before proceeding. If you do not
agree with this Terms of Use Policy, do not access and use the Site. 24-7 RIDE reserves the right to change this Terms of Use Policy and to make
changes to any of the products or programs described in the Site at any time without notice. Any revisions are binding on you; and,
therefore, you should periodically visit this page when you use the Site to review the current Terms of Use Policy that binds you. 24-7 RIDE
from time to time enters into agreements with third parties to provide our customers with the opportunity to obtain special services and
information offered by the third parties. You will not be in violation of this Terms of Use Policy when acting in accordance with the terms of use
policies of any such programs.
By using this site, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older and possess the legal ability to agree to terms of this Terms
of Use Policy. You also agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 24-7 RIDE and its affiliates from and against any and all claims, demands,
proceedings, suits, and actions arising from your use of this Site.
This web site may contain inaccuracies and/or typographical errors, 24-7 RIDE, may change or improve the content of this Site at any time and
without notice. 24-7 RIDE makes no warranties as to the completeness or accuracy of the content of this Site. The use of the Site is at your own
risk. The content of the Site is “as is” and without warranty of any kind either express or implied, including without limitation any implied
warranties of expectation of privacy, fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, non-infringement, or title. In no event will 24-7 RIDE, or
its affiliates are not liable for any damages whether consequential, direct, incidental, indirect or otherwise arising from or connected with the use
of the Site or any of its content.
When you provide us with information for your travel, you agree that the information will be accurate. We agree to use this information in a
manner consistent with our privacy policy, which can be reviewed by clicking on “Privacy Policy” at the bottom of any page. While we take steps
to safeguard and prevent the unauthorized access to your private information, we are not responsible for the acts of those who may gain
unauthorized access to the information, and make no warranty, express or implied that we will be able to prevent unauthorized access to your
private information. In no event will 24-7 RIDE, and its affiliates be liable for any damages whether consequentially, directly, incidentally, or
indirectly arising out of or any way connected with a third party’s unauthorized access to your information.
Gratuity
– (Normal
gratuity amount is 20%)
Fares do not
include Gratuity. If you wish to tip your driver, it would be greatly
appreciated. You may do so using any of the following options.
1. Cash to
driver – (preferred)
2. Text your
driver the dollar amount or a percentage you would like them to add to
your reservation, and we will email you the updated receipt.
Round-Trip
bookings
If you
booked a roundtrip reservation, each leg of your trip is treated as its own
stand-alone reservation with its own unique reservation number. Any
request to change or update one leg of your trip does not automatically
affect the other, unless both reservation numbers are mentioned.
If one leg
of your trip is canceled by you or 24-7 RIDE for any reason, it cannot be
assumed the other leg is
also canceled. The other leg will remain active, and all the terms and
the conditions of this agreement will apply to it as its own standalone
reservation.
Flight
Delays/Early arrivals
We only
track Airport flight arrivals. You need to provide us with the correct
airline/flight number so that we can track your flight to accommodate an
earlier/delayed arrival.
We only monitor flights within the 3-hour window prior to the scheduled pickup
time.
Airport
pickups only – We only adjust the pickup time to any time within a 3-hour
window of your scheduled pickup time due to flight delays or early arrivals. (Time
adjustment fees will apply. Please refer to Delayed/Early Pick-Up and
Waiting Charges section below)
Any adjustment that pushes the pickup time beyond 3 hours will result in the
cancellation of the reservation with no refund, and a new reservation must be
made.
If your flight arrives early, we will do our best to accommodate you. However,
you are required to wait for your scheduled pickup time.
If you
change your airline/flight number, you must notify us more
than 24-hrs prior to your pickup time.
If you change flight number within the 24-hrs window prior to your
pickup time, you will be canceled with no refund and a new reservation must be
made.
If your flight is delayed more than 3 hours or if the delay pushes your pickup
time to after midnight, your reservation will be canceled with no refund and a
new reservation must be made on our website.
If you do
not provide us with the correct flight information at least 3 hours prior to
your pickup time, and you are not ready at the requested pickup time, you will
be marked as a “Customer No-Show” and your reservation will be
canceled with no refund. However, if our schedule permits, we may be able to
accommodate you up to two hours before marking your reservation as a
“Customer No-Show” or until you are picked up. Please refer to our
“Delayed/Early Pick-Up Charges and Waiting Charges” for more details.
Where to meet the driver when arriving at the airport/cruise port
Curbside Pickups
Right in front of your terminal. Do Not go to the Uber/Lyft/Taxi
transportation lot outside the airport.
We will email and text you your driver’s contact information within an hour
before your scheduled pickup time. If you do not receive a text or email with
your driver’s contact information, please wait for the driver at your scheduled
pickup time and remain there for up to 20 minutes after the scheduled time to
allow the driver to arrive.
Once you are outside right in front of your terminal and ready for pick
up, you are to contact your driver directly.
Meet & Greet
Your driver will be waiting for you inside the airport terminal in front of
the baggage claim holding a sign with your name. There will be an additional
$85.00 fee for this service plus parking fees.
Changes/cancellations
All changes,
cancellations and rescheduling must be requested in writing by
emailing us at agent@247ride.com or
simply reply to the itinerary email you received from 24-7 RIDE. For these
change requests to be considered valid, you must receive a written reply from
24-7 RIDE confirming the changes.
You cannot change the original location of your pick-up and/or drop-off
address. This will result in your reservation being canceled and you will need
to book a new reservation online.
Once a
reservation has been canceled, it cannot be reactivated. You must book a new
reservation.
Pickup
Times
Although it
is rare, it is possible for drivers to run a little late due to unforeseen
situations. Please allow a 20-minute delay when scheduling your pickup time.
In a rare
event if the driver arrives late to your pickup location, there will be no
refund, or any discounts should you choose to wait and take the ride.
Airport pick-ups – in case of heavy traffic inside the airport, it can take the
driver up to 30 minutes to get to you once you are ready for your pick-up.
Rescheduling
policy
No charge to
reschedule the date and time of your reservation more than 24hrs
before your pickup time.
No
rescheduling is allowed within the 24hrs window prior to your
pickup time, for any reason. If you need to reschedule, you will need
to cancel the existing reservation and book a new one. (Refer to the
cancellation policy below).
We only
adjust the pickup time to any time within a 3-hour window of your scheduled
pickup time due to flight delays or early arrivals.

be a 50% fee for canceling your reservation for any reason.
There will
be No refund should you choose to cancel your reservation within the
24-hour window prior to your pickup time, (for any reason).
If you
change flight number within the 24-hrs window prior to your pickup
time, you will be canceled with no refund, and a new reservation must be
made.
If your
flight is delayed more than 3 hours or if the delay pushes your pickup time to

provide us with the correct flight information and notify us of any
changes. If you do not provide us with correct flight information at least 3
hours prior to your scheduled pick-up time to track your flight, and you
are not ready at your scheduled pick-up time, your reservation will
be canceled and marked as Customer No Show – No Refund. However, if our
schedule allows, we will accommodate your reservation for up to two hours
before marking your reservation as Customer No-Show and No-Refund or all the
way up to the point you are picked up or our schedule no longer allows. Please
refer to our (Delayed/Early Pick-Up Charges and Waiting Charges.)

drivers can be a little late due to unforeseen situations. Please allow a
20-minute delay when scheduling your pickup time. There will be no refund if
you cancel your ride before the allotted 20 minutes that the driver can be
delayed past your pickup time.
Once a reservation has been canceled, it cannot be reactivated. You must book a
new reservation.
Refunds
There will
be no discounts, credits or refunds of any kind once you take the ride and your
transfer is completed.
Refunds
usually show in your account within 48 – 72 business hours.
Delayed/Early
Pick-Up and Waiting Charges
Flight
arrives early – we will reschedule your pickup time to 20 minutes
after a domestic flight landing time and 45 minutes after an
international flight landing time. The early pick-up charges are
calculated at a rate of $1.50 for each minute the schedule is adjusted to an
earlier pick-up time and $1.50 for each additional minute you are delayed
after the new pick-up time or up to the allotted delayed time before marking
the reservation as No-Show No-Refund. If we do not hear from you, these charges
will accumulate for up to 2 hours before marking your reservation as customer
No-Show, No-Refund.
Note: If we are unable to reschedule you to an earlier pick-up time,
you must wait for your original pick-up time.
Flight
arrives late – a delayed pick-up fee will be applied at a rate of $1.50
for each minute past your original scheduled pick-up time up to 2-hrs
before marking your reservation as customer No-Show, No-Refund. If our
schedule allows, these charges will
add up to the point you are picked up, or we can no longer wait.
For all other pick-up locations – there will be a $1.50 charge for
each minute you are delayed past your scheduled pick-up time up
to the point where everyone is on board and the driver is ready to drive off,
or all the way up to the point where the driver can no longer wait and marks
your reservation as Customer No-Show, No-Refund.
There will
be a $1.50 charge for each minute you choose to be picked up earlier than your
scheduled pickup time.
Traffic
Delay Charges
Predicting
future traffic and road conditions is not possible until your transfer is
completed. To maintain consistency in pricing, we calculate our rates using
Google Maps’ fastest travel time of 4:00 AM, when traffic is minimal.
After
completing your transfer, we compare the actual trip duration (as tracked by
our vehicle’s GPS) to the estimated 4:00 AM non-traffic travel time. If the
actual trip takes longer, the additional time is charged at a rate of $2.00 per
minute.
Trip
Start & End Time
The start time of your trip depends on one of the following scenarios:
1. Airports,
Cruise Ports & Major Event Arenas Curbside Pickups:
Drivers are
required to wait outside the premises until their passengers are ready for
pickup. The duration of your transfer begins the moment the driver leaves the
staging area outside the port or arena to meet you. (Not at the time of
pickup), and it ends once the driver has exited their premises. (Not at the
time of drop-off).
2. Airport
Meet & Greet Services:
Your
duration begins the moment the driver departs with all passengers on board the
vehicle.
3. All
Other Pickup Locations:
Your
duration begins the moment you are picked up.
Extra
Stop Charges
There will
be a $20.00 charge for each stop along the way. Plus $2.00 for each additional
minute added to the duration of the original trip.
No-Show –
No Refund
Non-Airport
pick-ups – the driver will wait up to 5 minutes after your scheduled
pickup time before marking your reservation as No-Show (No Refund).
However, if the driver’s schedule allows, drivers will wait for up
to 2 hours before marking your reservation as No-Show, No-Refund. Waiting
charges will apply.
For all
Airport arrivals – If you have provided us with the correct flight information
– we allow up to 20 minutes after a domestic flight landing time and 45
minutes after an international flight landing time before marking the
reservation canceled, No Show – No Refund. However, if
the driver’s schedule allows, drivers will wait for up to 2 hours
before marking your reservation as No-Show, No-Refund. Waiting charges will
apply.
It is your
responsibility to provide us with the correct flight information at the
latest 3 hours prior to your pickup time so that we can track your flight to
ensure pickup. If you do not provide us with correct flight information
more than 3 hours prior to your pickup time, we will show up and if you are not
ready at your original request pickup time, we will mark your reservation as
Customer No Show – No Refund. However, if the driver’s schedule
allows, he will wait for you for up to 2 hours past your pickup time and
waiting charges will apply.
For all other pick-up locations, the driver will wait up to 5 minutes
after your scheduled pickup time before marking your reservation as
No-Show (No Refund). However, if the driver’s schedule allows,
drivers will wait for up to 2 hours before marking your reservation as
No-Show, No-Refund. Waiting charges will apply.
Change of
Vehicle/Service Type
It is
possible that due to an unforeseen situation the vehicle you have ordered
might not be available at the time of the service. Instead of cancelling
your reservation and leaving you stranded, you authorize 24-7 RIDE to assign
the next available vehicle that will accommodate the same number of
passengers and luggage in your party.
If the
new assigned vehicle costs more in terms of the fare, 24-7 RIDE will waive the
difference. Unless the change request is made by you, you will then be charged
the extra fee in fare.
Toll
Roads & Parking Fees
24-7 RIDE
does not cover “The Toll Roads” and parking fees. Should drivers
find it necessary to use “The Toll Roads” to get to and
transport passengers to their destination, 24-7 RIDE will charge these
fees to the same card used for the reservation.
Credit
Card Disputes
We strongly
advise against initiating a credit card dispute without first reviewing the
legally binding terms and conditions you electronically signed at the time of
booking, in order to avoid the following serious consequences.
Important
Notice – Fraudulent Disputes
Filing a
credit card dispute while knowingly failing to disclose that you agreed to our
terms and conditions constitutes fraud—a serious violation of the law. Should a
dispute be filed, we will promptly submit your electronically signed agreement
to your bank as evidence. This may result in the dispute being flagged as
fraudulent and permanently recorded in your banking history.
Collections
and Credit Reporting
If your bank
issues a chargeback in your favor, we will initiate recovery of the full
disputed amount through a third-party collection agency. Please note that your
bank has no jurisdiction over this process. The delinquency will also be
reported to credit bureaus, which may negatively affect your credit score.
Temporary
Authorization Fee
Please be
advised that at times, depending on the reservation and other factors,
24-7 RIDE will put a temporary hold on your credit card. This is only
a hold and not a charge. This hold will be in addition to what
was already paid for the reservation. The average amount of
the hold can be equal to double the amount of the original fare
amount. This temporary 2 – 5 business day hold is necessary
in case there are additional charges such as waiting charges, additional
passengers that were not part of the original reservation, last minute
extra stop request by you along the way, damage to the vehicle caused by
passengers, traffic delays, just to name a few. This hold will be released
once your ride is completed, minus any additional charges should there be
one.
Should the temporary authorization hold get declined; you will
be notified via email to release the hold or complete the authorization
form that is emailed to you. If you do not comply, the reservation will be
canceled, and our cancelation policy will apply.
Liability
The company
is not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown while on charter and
will only be responsible for making up lost time at a mutually agreed
date. The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the
vehicle caused during the duration of the rental by them or any members of
their party. A fee of 100.00 for each carpet or seat burn. The sanitation
fee is 250.00. Alcohol Consumption and drug use is prohibited by law. Any fines
will be paid by the customer. The driver has the right to terminate the run
without refund (if there is blatant indiscretion on the part of the client(s)).
It is Illegal to stand through the sunroof. Smoking is not permitted in
our vehicles. Overtime pay will apply after the first 1 minute of prearranged time
described on the run sheet. 24-7 RIDE is Not responsible for delays or the
termination in winter caused by unsafe road conditions (e.g., not salted,
accidents, etc.). Not responsible for articles left in the vehicle.
Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity.
